Flora Lark Baily is so very grateful to work for DMR Adventures and support their vision. As the HR Manager, Bookkeeper, Sponsorship Coordinator and Graphic Design/Website Management, she utilizes her many talents and skill sets. She graduated from the University of Virginia with a double major in Religious Studies and Women, Gender & Sexuality. She grew up participating in musical theater as a kid when Live Arts was at The Jefferson. As a spoken-word poet, she co-founded (with her identical twin sister, JonaNoelle) a performance poetry duo called The Fire Tigers. The Fire Tigers’ performance art centers around trauma, mental health wellness and healing. Her creativity has manifested in different ways but the intention has always been the same: to comfort, encourage and empower. As an extension of The Fire Tigers, “Sparkle & Joy” is a new endeavor that makes unique chocolate art that integrates mental health wellness, chronic illness awareness and activism into moments of connection, celebration and ritual. Now every piece of chocolate art is a show!
