This OUTDOOR performance will take place in front of the southeast entrance (door B2) of Clark Elementary School - 1000 Belmont Ave. Charlottesville, VA.  Performance space is located in near the the park and grass field. 

PARKING:

- Parking near the venue is extremely limited and we do not recommend parking near the venue.

- Patrons are encouraged to park in the DMR Adventures parking lot at 221 Carlton Rd and walk to the venue (approx. 7 minute walk). (Turn from Carlton Road onto Carlton Avenue, walk left on Bainbridge Street, right onto Monticello and left onto Castalia St). 

SEATING:

- Seating will begin at 5:30pm.

- Seating for this performance will be on 3 sides of the stage.

- Seating will be available on the southeast staircase of Clark Elementary, where patrons with cushions and blankets are invited to sit for an elevated view of the performance.

- Chairs will not be provided.  Patrons are encouraged to bring blankets, cushions or lawn chairs for their entire party.

- Please be considerate when choosing a blanket size.  Field space is limited and we will be filling up the entire venue.

- Patrons who bring chairs will be seated at the rear of the house to accommodate obstruction of view for those on blankets.

CHECK-IN:

-Patrons should present their digital or printed ticket to the box office upon arrival. 

-Please arrive no earlier than 5:30 and no later than 5:55.

LATE ARRIVAL:

- Latecomers may only be seated at the discretion of the house manager.

RUN-TIME:

- The performance will run approx. 90 minutes with a 15 minute intermission.

RESTROOMS:

- Patrons should use the restroom before arriving to the venue.

- Restrooms will be available nearby for patrons upon request.  Patrons in need of a restroom should locate event staff to be escorted to the restroom.

FOOD AND DRINK:

- Food is not permitted in the venue.

- To preserve and respect the owners of the open air venue, please help us by disposing of any trash off-site.

- Water bottles will be sold for $1. Cash and venmo only. 

CONTRIBUTION:

- Contributions in the form of cash or electronic payment will be collected and appreciated.

- Contributions will help cover the cost of the rented sound equipment, space use, event staff, and will support scholarships given for this camp. We appreciate any and all contributions. Contributions are not tax deductible. 

FILMING:

- The performance will be filmed for archival purposes and made available to families of the cast, crew, and creative team at a minimal cost to cover the costs of licensing, filming and editing.
