The DMR Adventures Youth Leadership Program (YLP) has been at the core of our programming for the last eleven years, providing long-lasting relationships and impactful training -- many YLP members have established their own artistic programming, have produced educational opportunities within their respective communities, and most importantly, have gone on to serve as mentors. This internship program gives students opportunities to learn about several aspects of working in theater. Interns will work as assistants to directors, designers, instructors, and administrative staff, performing a variety of duties. The work will earn intern credit that can be applied to certain programs at DMR.
